table) plus interest area and region. Mentor suggestions still lean mostly on affiliation and role — only
one mentor has enough intake detail for growth goals to apply — so expect the mentor pick to be the weaker
half until intake forms come back. Every pod needs a human approve: nothing here is final until you click it.
